Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Available for all orders within the set local delivery zones. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

    • Orders under 500 INR: 50 INR flat rate.

    • Orders 500 INR and above: Free shipping.

  • Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after receipt of payment.

  • Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified of any delays.

Packaging

  • We prioritize eco-friendly packaging materials to complement our commitment to sustainability. Your items will be securely packaged using recycled or recyclable materials.

Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain large or fragile items may have additional shipping restrictions. Details will be provided in the product description.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  • For lost shipments, please contact us if you have not received your package within the expected delivery time. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

At Creatra, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return the product under the following conditions:

- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Products that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return.
